We stock a range of yarns in 2ply and 4ply weights. Our SuperSock is a fine quality, hard -wearing 75% superwash new wool, 25% nylon. We also stock 64s quality merino, in 2ply and 4ply weights. The 4ply merino, which we call Socrates, is superwash treated, which makes it hardwearing and machine washable: a really lovely sock yarn. For pure luxury we also stock a 55% silk, 45% cashmere yarn, which feels luxuriously soft, and has a wonderful drape and sheen. This is very popular for shawls, and the silk content makes the 4ply version hard-wearing enough for luxurious socks too.

All hand-dyed skeins come with a label band.
